Field Service Technician (m/f/d) - Benelux
On behalf of our client, a global leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and industrial automation technologies, we are looking for a highly motivated Field Service Technician (m/f/d) to support customers across the Benelux region.
Our client operates within the Product Assembly market and develops innovative solutions for the precise and reliable application of adhesives, sealants, and other materials in industrial manufacturing processes. Its technologies are widely used in industries such as household appliances, automotive & e-mobility, electronics, paper & tissue, filter manufacturing, woodworking, bookbinding, construction, and many others. By helping customers improve production efficiency, reduce material waste, and enhance product quality, the company has established itself as a trusted partner for manufacturers worldwide.
Candidates based in Belgium should preferably be located in the Aalst–Mechelen region.
Candidates based in the Netherlands should preferably be located in the Eindhoven–Tilburg–Breda region.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Install and commission systems and equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair equipment when required.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and analyze equipment failures within customer production processes.
- Provide user training and technical guidance on systems and applications.
- Work closely with the Aftermarket team, Sales, and customer project engineers to identify opportunities for the sale of systems, spare parts, and service agreements.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional technical support.
What experience should you have:
- Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or a related field.
- Technical competence equivalent to MBO/A2 level.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Basic knowledge of PLC systems is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Valid driver's license.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills.
- Knowledge of German and/or French is considered an advantage.
- Travel Requirements: Daily customer visits throughout Belgium and the Netherlands. Willingness to stay overnight in hotels when required.
