Finance Manager (Germany)

For our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of automotive segment, we are seeking an experienced professional to join the team as Finance Manager in Zwickau (Germany). • Participate in preparing the annual profit plan and monthly forecasts
  
• Analyze monthly results and explain deviations from the original plan (margin, costs, inventory, capital expenditures, cash flow)
• Support the company in achieving profit plans and financial commitments
• Analyze financial data and identify potential issues early
• Coordinate balance sheet audits, internal controls, and compliance with BOS and SOX
• Prepare ad hoc calculations, analyses, and financial simulation models
• Monitor statistical reporting of various measures across departments
• Support the implementation of new processes, programs, and systems
• Collaborate with business units during the bidding process
• Prepare capital investment requests and verify returns
• Participate in CI initiative financial calculations and validation of achieved results
• Work with the country's Financial Services Center

• University degree in Economics or equivalent experience (focusing on controlling/accounting)
• Fluent English and German
• Good knowledge of Accounting and Financial reporting regulations; SOX experience is an asset
• Very good knowledge of financial KPIs
  
• Experience in production costing and program profitability analysis
• High proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules
• Previous experience as a controller in the manufacturing industry; automotive experience is an asset
