Finance Reporting Business Partner

You will work in the Business Process Digitalization dept of the IT function, to support the management of the information system related to finance business processes, aiming to standardization, coordinating solution planning, development, and maintenance activities, with the following major responsibilities.

What will be your key responsibilities:

– Support standardization of finance and controlling applications

– Support the business in the FP&A and reporting process definition and improvement, collecting business requirements, providing analysis, and developing plans

– Proactively establish relationships with business representatives to ensure an effective communication

– Execute the feasibility studies, validating the solutions and sharing them with the other IT areas

– Coordinate the development activity of Finance and controlling applications and the maintenance of existing ones

– Drive business to approach new IT solutions with holistic view

– Ensure the IT process documentation and provide functional support for the specific applications

– Support budget needs identification and use the assigned budget implementing the IT global Finance standards

– Define the test cases and scenarios for application deployment

– Participate and validate the definition of SLA for business

– Monitor progress and budget state of each project

– Support information sharing between regions

– Interact and drive the outsourcers about maintenance and project activities

– Execute estimation/quotation review


What experience should you have:

-  A fluent English, both written and spoken, is considered a key skill to work at global level

- Italian language is a plus (not mandatory)


Experience

  •  5 or more years of experience in a similar role
  •  Business process analysis
  •  IT services operations
  • experience in working with outsourcers

Skills/competencies

  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, presentation, documentation, troubleshooting, and collaborative problem-solving skills – including interaction with Senior/TOP management
  • familiar with project management methodologies
  • knowledge of management and statutory reporting business processes
  • process analysis & simplification 
  • knowledge of IT application services methodology (ITIL foundation is preferred)
  • knowledge of specific process-related tools is preferred (HFM, Onestream, Auditboard, ERP)
