– Support standardization of finance and controlling applications
– Support the business in the FP&A and reporting process definition and improvement, collecting business requirements, providing analysis, and developing plans
– Proactively establish relationships with business representatives to ensure an effective communication
– Execute the feasibility studies, validating the solutions and sharing them with the other IT areas
– Coordinate the development activity of Finance and controlling applications and the maintenance of existing ones
– Drive business to approach new IT solutions with holistic view
– Ensure the IT process documentation and provide functional support for the specific applications
– Support budget needs identification and use the assigned budget implementing the IT global Finance standards
– Define the test cases and scenarios for application deployment
– Participate and validate the definition of SLA for business
– Monitor progress and budget state of each project
– Support information sharing between regions
– Interact and drive the outsourcers about maintenance and project activities
– Execute estimation/quotation review
