Finance System Specialist

In this role You will work in the Business Process Digitalization dept of the IT function, support the management of the information system related to corporate finance business processes, aiming to standardization, coordinating solution planning, development, and maintenance activities, with the following major responsibilities.

What will be your key responsibilities:


  •  Support standardization and development of Corporate finance and Treasury applications
  • Support the business in the Corporate Finance & Treasury process definition and improvement, collecting business requirements, providing analysis, and develop solution
  • Execute the feasibility studies, validating the solutions and sharing them with the other IT areas
  • Coordinate the development activity of Corporate Finance and Treasury applications (Corporate performance management and Treasury management system) and maintenance of existing ones
  • Support business in understanding the roles and responsibilities related to new IT solutions
  • Ensure the IT process documentation and provide development support for the specific applications
  • Define the test cases and scenarios for application deployment
  • Participate and validate the definition of SLA for business
  • Monitor progress and development state of each project
  • Support information sharing between regions
  • Interact and drive the outsourcers about development, maintenance and project activities
  • Execute effort estimation review

What experience should you have:

  • A fluent English, both written and spoken, is considered a key skill to work at global level
  • Italian language is preferred
  • 5 or more years of experience in a similar role
  • Business/IT process analysis
  • IT services operations
  • Experience in working with outsourcers is preferred

– Familiar with SQL language and data management

– Knowledge of IT application services methodology (ITIL foundation is preferred) and agile project management
