What will be your key responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and implement best-in-class processes and structures to support our growth.
Deliver actionable insights and analysis to guide senior management in strategic decision-making.
Establish a financial framework that is efficient, scalable, and tech-forward.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standard of integrity.
Collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

What experience should you have:

Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally in a fast-paced or growing organization.
A track record of building or restructuring financial processes in evolving business environments.
A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for modernizing workflows through technology and innovation.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and analysis.
Solid English and Czech communication skills, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with Czech financial regulations (a strong plus).
A hands-on attitude and the ability to navigate uncertainty while driving results.
