Fiscal Specialist Wanted!

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Ensure company policies and procedures implementation, notably HSEQ, compliance and ethics.
  • Data gathering and execution of reports of the business activities towards state, tax and other authorities
(Custom offices, ČSÚ, Intrastat, etc.).
  • Preparing overview and keeping deadlines regarding finance and tax licenses and agreements.
  • Escalating of possible issue towards management.
  • Prepare KPIs to follow our efficiency : number of penalties; amount paid; period needed to close an issue,…
  • Participating and assisting colleagues when discussing tax or state related topics.
  • Communicating with external tax and state experts of the company and providing feedback to them and to colleagues.
  • Overview and develop current best practice, standards and policies.
  • Monitor law changes concerning authority reporting and tax topics.
  • Ensure the affiliates are in line with local tax requirements, when required, do the proper actions to ensure entities are ready
to apply new / updated rules
  • Coordinate Intrastat internally and externally
  • In charge of product master data in SAP

What experience should you have:

  • High education
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Fluent Czech and English languages
  • Experience in tax area
