FP&A Group Functions Finance Partner

Do you have experience in Finance controlling, and enjoy navigating the contrast between ad-hoc delivery and standard processes/reporting? Then you might be the person we are looking for. This position requires a cost controller with a good functional overview and strong communication skills because of interaction with Stakeholders on financial matters.

What will be your key responsibilities:

You will join Finance Corporate Functions (FCF), the Financial Planning & Analysis Corporate Functions team as a Finance Partner. The FP&A Finance Partner manages the planning and controlling and service management. Together with the other FP&A Finance Partners you play an important role in achieving the financial targets and providing the management teams with data for improving the steering and financial oversight.

  • Management of all financial and resources planning and controlling related topics, including service cost management, and cost accruals for the units in your responsibility
  • Implementation of budget shifts and expansions to and from your units
  • Support the procurement process with regards to the creation of purchase orders, controlling of cost and budget positions
  • Analyses and reporting on financials, staffing or service mappings, ensuring Department Heads, cost center owners, sponsors, and product owners have relevant information at their fingertips to steer and run their services

Finance Corporate Functions which is part of the Group Finance organization in total has around 200 colleagues located worldwide and the FP&A teams.

What experience should you have:

Are you the right candidate for this position? We would warmly welcome somebody who has:

  • University degree or diploma in controlling/finance or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar related field
  • Excellence in MS Excel/MS PowerPoint (and preferably in Think-cell)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in delivery
  • Fluency in English

  • Mature personality, strong in interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • Able to deliver high quality under pressure
