What will be your key responsibilities:

How YOUR daily tasks will look like?

Supplier and Material Master Data Management - processing of incoming requests
Managing the flow of Purchase Orders Processing cycle
Maintenance of current suppliers' database
RFQ (Request For Quotation) Support Activities following applicable policies and alignment with BU/Commodity
Processing of price change agreement
Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external regulations
Communication with Divisions, Plants, Commodities Buyers or any related Purchasing Support Activities
Liaise with Finance for any issues related to Purchasing Orders
Ensure fulfillment of SLAs and KPIs
Track performed activities in scope to produce relevant metrics and reports
Support transition project, active participation in knowledge transfer training session
Participate in team calls, meetings, training

What experience should you have:

Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement position
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Logistics or any related field is an advantage
Fluent in the English language
Knowledge of the Italian language is an advantage.
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of SAP
