GBS Purchasing Specialist with Romanian language
The Romanian-speaking GBS Purchasing Specialist will be part of the global purchasing team at Marelli, focused on the efficient execution of business process operations and cooperation with the company's branches abroad.
What will be your key responsibilities:
In this position, you will play a key role in the purchasing processes. You will be responsible for:
- Timely and accurate processing and management of supplier and material master data (creation, changes).
- Managing the entire purchase order processing cycle for both direct and indirect trade.
- Supporting RFQ processes in accordance with applicable guidelines and requirements of business units and commodity buyers.
- Monitoring supplier performance, creating relevant metrics and reporting.
- Cooperating with the finance department to resolve discrepancies in purchase orders and other financial issues.
- Coordination with internal departments, manufacturing plants and commodity buyers in all activities related to purchasing support within GBS.

What experience should you have:
- Administrative experience
- Experience in an international company/ SSC environment
- Ideally experience in purchasing or logistics, or similar areas
- University degree in business or adequate professional experience - preferred
- Fluent English (B2)
- Fluent Romanian (B2)
- Familiar with ERP systems - SAP preferred
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel
- Analytical skills, willingness to learn and develop
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate, results and customer orientation
- Experience working in a global company and stress resistance
