Azure/GCP Cloud Architect - Ostrava

Are you familiar with GCP and have experience with Architecture? Then keep reading because we're looking for a newcomer to join our team!

What will be your key responsibilities:

You will be part of a team that is responsible for Architecture of customers GCP environments that consist of hundreds to thousands of resources. Focusing on Infrastructure as Code deliveries together with your colleagues, preparing migrations plans and doing an assessment for that purpose. Building up Landing Zone´s where to migrate to and focus on modernization / improvements of an environment hosted in GCP.
Our employees are working on things like migrating hundreds of wokloads towards the GCP environment and then apply the operation mechanisms for the 24/7 layer
We work closely with other departments to bring the best added value towards the customer like SAP, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, etc.
We are a team of 12 members growing to 15 very soon based in the Czech Republic, Slovakia & Poland. You will work with colleagues from Sweden, Finland, Norway, India, Latvia, US and many more countries as you jump into projects.

What experience should you have:

Experience with Architecture & Driving projects related to GCP
Experience with creating solutions, providing guidance, taking the lead of activities & distributing task to other team members
Hands on experience with Code deliveries and Click-Ops way of working
You can express yourself with your thoughts, recommendations and you can change the mindset of a customer when things are going wrong
Experience working with Terraform as this is our daily bread
You have worked with Containers as these are heavily required by the customers to speed up their efficiency when it comes to their application layer
Creating complex end-to-end solutions for GCP which took it from the basic point of an assessment, through a successful migration and implementing monitoring, patching, backup & efficient cost optimization as a part of cloud governance.
