General Ledger Accountant with English / German

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Conduct accounting activities for both domestic and international entities within the group, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations.
  • Manage e-commerce accounting tasks, including sales tracking and payment reconciliations.
  • Prepare VAT filings and other required reports.
  • Complete monthly and annual financial closings accurately and on time in compliance with IFRS.
  • Assist with asset accounting and leasing according to IFRS 16.
  • Actively contribute to optimizing and improving general ledger processes.
  • Support transformation efforts toward agile methodologies.


What experience should you have:

  • Completed commercial education, with additional training in accounting.
  • 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in an international environment.
  • Familiarity with IFRS accounting standards.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP R/3 FI-CO or SAP S4/HANA.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Advanced business English; knowledge of German or other languages (e.g., French, Spanish) is a plus.
