Global Operations Analyst

What will be your key responsibilities:
- Assessing procurement savings projects and analyzing variances.
- Maintaining accessible and comprehensible reporting to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Creating dynamic, customized reports to track pricing trends and performance metrics.
- Acting as a primary user in the factory costing process, promoting consistency and innovation across the organization.
- Working with financial managers and controllers to establish and refine costing calculations and structures, fostering the development of standardized business rules.
What experience should you have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing site is a must. A global organization highly preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP, namely with finance and supply chain modules is a must. Experience in using Power BI will be a plus.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and generate insights.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and results driven.
- Fluent in English is required. Czech language knowledge will be an advantage.
