Position's Objective:

In this role, you'll be instrumental in animating our client's brand, covering everything from social posts and marketing visuals to product explainers and animations. Reporting to the Creative Director and the Creative Brand Lead, you'll ensure that every creation resonates with our client's visual style while also contributing to its evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Craft compelling visual designs across both digital and print formats, including marketing assets, templates, and digital campaigns.
• Motion Design & Video Editing: Utilize tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or even AI-powered tools to produce animations, product videos, and motion graphics that tell a story.
• Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with the content team to devise innovative visual narratives.
• Brand Identity: Ensure consistency with our client's visual style across all creations, guiding its evolution as necessary.
• Stay Curious: Continuously explore new tools and techniques, integrating AI-powered design or emerging animation tools into your work.
• Be a Team Player: Work closely with Brand Managers, copywriters, marketers, and designers to transform concepts into visually stunning content.

Necessary Skills and Experiences:

• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Czech and German are bonuses.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
• Experience with tools like Blender, Runway ML, Rive, or other emerging tech is a plus.
• A minimum of 2 years in-job experience in graphic design.
• Strong visual acuity with an eye for layout, color, and typography.
• A balance between detail-oriented perfection and the agility to move quickly.
• Open to giving and receiving feedback.
• A natural curiosity about the future of design and eagerness to learn.

• Bootcamp (1 day spent with your potential team – we want to see how you work and hear your questions about Creative Dock).
