What will be your key responsibilities:

The Rohlik Group is looking for a results driven, innovative and agile Group Head of Talent Acquisition.

You will:

  • Guide Hiring Managers and Provide Expert Consultation – Act as a strategic advisor, helping managers make data-driven hiring decisions and optimize their recruitment approach.
  • Act as a Talent Advisor on Recruitment and Industry Trends – Provide insights into market trends, talent availability, and best hiring practices.
  • Enhance Talent Pipelines with AI & Automation – Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools and automation to proactively identify and engage top talent.
  • Boost Our Employer Brand Among Potential Candidates – Strengthen our reputation through targeted outreach, digital marketing, and strategic partnerships.
  • Create Outstanding Recruitment Experiences – Ensure a seamless, engaging hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Lead and Develop the Recruitment Team – Build a high-performing team by mentoring recruiters and embedding technology-driven solutions into their workflow.
  • Continuously Improve Hiring Processes with AI-Driven Insights – Optimize recruitment efficiency, focusing on key metrics like time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire through automation and analytics.

What experience should you have:

  • Experienced Leader in Talent Acquisition – A proven track record of leading and scaling recruitment teams, with a strategic and hands-on approach.
  • Proactive & Data-Driven – Comfortable using recruitment metrics, market insights, and AI-driven tools to optimize hiring processes and decision-making.
  • Creative Problem-Solver – Thinks outside the box to tackle hiring challenges, whether through innovative sourcing strategies, automation, or process improvements.
  • Adaptable & Forward-Thinking – Anticipates hiring trends and adjusts strategies quickly in a fast-changing environment.
  • Highly Organized & an Excellent Communicator – Able to manage multiple priorities while effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Metrics-Obsessed & Agile – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-rich environment, using analytics to optimize speed-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics.
  • Comfortable with Technology & AI – Uses automation, talent intelligence platforms, and analytics to improve recruitment efficiency and experience.
  • Business-Centric & Hands-On – Understands the company’s goals and aligns recruitment strategies with business priorities. 
  • Thrives in a Fast-Paced, Non-Hierarchical Culture – Embraces agility, innovation, and teamwork over rigid structures and status
