- 8-10 years of experience in advertising sales, incl. sales leadership position, ideally in FMCG
- Great leadership skills and ability to work in and deliver results across international markets
- Proven ability of defining a sales strategy and to operationalize it
- Brilliant collaboration with other departments and stakeholders across the group
- Strong personality, entrepreneurial spirit and high respect for the customer experience
- Strong existing network of potential advertisers and agencies
