Group Junior Accountant
We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Group Finance team as a Junior Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices and checking cash accounts. On a daily basis you will collaborate with our German office.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Invoice processing using AI including cost centre assignment
- Controlling and issuing of customer invoices
- Management of payroll accounts
- Active communication with our customers, suppliers and external tax advisor
- Collaboration with our German finance and operations team
- Processing of bank statements
- Other ad hoc activities such as accounts reconciliation, controlling and analysis
What experience should you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of accounting and tax basics
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook...)
- English language level at least B2, Czech language level at least B2, German language is an advantage
- Very good communication and organizational skills, stress resistance
- Dynamic, result-oriented and resillient
- Reliability, attention to detail and ownership
