The primary responsibility of this role is to support the finance and operational teams within the company and provide analysis and support for financial and business-related decision-making.
You will support the strategic financial planning including periodic forecasts, performance reviews, and annual budgeting in Operations. As part of Operations Controlling you will provide financial analysis and insight identifying risks and opportunities ahead of time to drive business results and support decision making for our fulfilment centres and last mile operations.
What we expect from you - Support fulfilling our vision and strategy through thorough financial analysis and regular reporting for operations across multiple countries
- Create financial models to identify quantifiable risks & opportunities (financial and operational), get insights and track growth plans of our operational strategy
- Regular analysis of cost centres performance
- Support the business planning and performance review process by providing accurate financial data, financial and performance insight
- Provide clear, well presented management information with actionable insights integrating financial and operational metrics leading to decision making
- Support the development of robust business cases to ensure best return on investment and management of our capital spend
- Deliver specific projects providing financial and operational expertise
- Review monthly management accounts and provide commentary / insight to assist in management decision making
- Perform regular scenario and "what if" analysis
