Group performance Manager

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with our business goals and target audience. Utilize your expertise to identify key performance metrics, set clear objectives, and design data-driven campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, content, and analytics to ensure campaigns are effectively implemented across various digital channels.
  • Budget Allocation and Optimization: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to different campaigns and channels. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve cost-efficiency.
  • Performance Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytical tools and platforms (Google Analytics 360) to track campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Lead initiatives to optimize conversion rates across digital channels, leveraging A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user experience enhancements. Implement CRO strategies to improve website engagement, reduce bounce rates, and increase overall conversion metrics.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Encourage knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and the adoption of best practices to enhance the team's performance.
  • Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and industry developments in performance marketing. Identify emerging opportunities and recommend innovative approaches to drive growth and gain a competitive edge.

What experience should you have:

  • Previous experience with digital marketing (min. 8 years)
  • Creative, Strategic and conceptual thinking
  • Able to work in a cross functional team on a tight deadline
  • Analytical skills, able to deep dive into an issue
  • Passion for food
  • Knowledge of the retail environment is an advantage
  • Organisational skills and ability to get things done on time
  • English language skills B2/C1
