Head of Business Development Manager – Operation & Maintenance (PV farms)

Our Client – Nomad Electric  specializes in the comprehensive development of large-scale solar power plant projects: design, build, manage traffic, and service. “Nomad Electric” is the market leader and the largest player in the Polish market. Currently, the entire portfolio of managed farms has reached more than 800 MWp. The company’s mission is to develop renewable energy sources that contribute to environmental protection and support economic recovery in all markets they represent. The company bases its expansion and value growth on the principles of sustainable development.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Mapping the Baltic state's market for the possibility of PV farms O&M services. Preparing and setting up a Nomad Electric entity for O&M service in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia;
  • Supporting the Management of the company (CEO, CTO) in increasing business and professionalizing the area of Operations & Maintenance (maintenance and service of photovoltaic farms);
  • Identifying new accounts, developing/driving sales and marketing to large B2B/Corpo customers (investment funds, asset management companies, international law firms, etc.) – building brand awareness, negotiating contract terms, offer presentation;
  • Nomad Electric business development: building competitive advantage, process automation, cost optimization, implementation of IT tools and expansion of the company's activities on the Baltic state's market;
  • Liaising with the Management Board, the Execution Director, key representatives of investors and asset management companies;
  • Assisting in building new business lines, in implementation of processes/tools to optimize the circulation/status of documents, etc. improving the workflow across the company;
  • Handling Investors with regard to current queries, providing answers, preparing reports, etc.

What experience should you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales/Business Development Management;
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/economics/legal or in equivalent fields;
  • Experience working in an international environment is beneficial;
  • Practical experience in business development, business lines, and sales to large B2B / Corpo, preferably in technical industries, supported by results in acquiring new customers and building revenues;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to present data in an aesthetically pleasing and structured manner (PowerPoint, Word);
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and in English languages;
  • The ability to take the initiative, set goals, make things happen and the will to reach results;
  • Communicative, analytical thinking, self-driven, ambitious with a can-do attitude.
