Head of Central Procurement

Strategy & Operations:

•   Merge procurement of two divisions by mid-2025.
•   Develop new procurement strategies and ensure their smooth implementation
•   Maintain optimal product and equipment levels.
•   Implement a cost-effective, quality-driven system.
•   Manage fleet and IT equipment investments.
•   Build a modern digital procurement system.

Day-to-Day Operations:

•   Establish monitoring systems for product levels, costs, and resources.
•   Set and track procurement KPIs.
•   Ensure customer and employee satisfaction.
•   Meet financial and budget targets.
•   Minimize interruptions and wastage.

Key Deliverables:

•   Developing a long-term procurement strategy and annual budget support.
•   Prepare regular forecasting and analytics plans
•   Achieve profitability and efficiency targets.
•   Implement procurement standards and policies.
•   Manage supplier contracts and relationships.
•   Oversee fleet management and investments.
•   Ensure timely and skilled human resources.
•   Lead and evaluate team performance.

Experience:

•  5-10 years in central procurement leadership.
•  Procurement P&L and budget management experience.
•  Strong procurement and financial understanding.
•  Project management and digitalization skills.
•  Negotiation and supplier management expertise.
•  Retail experience is an advantage
•  Experience managing CAPEX
