The C&B Manager plays a key part in harmonising compensation and benefits elements across all countries. With Rohlik Group expanding rapidly into new geographies, our internal processes need to be structured and scalable to support our growth, yet flexible to reflect our speedy way of working and local practices.
• Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement group-wide C&B strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives and ensure competitiveness in the global talent market.
• Remuneration Best Practices: Establish best practices for all remuneration elements in Operations, including base pay, variable pay, overtime, and shift premiums.
• Tax Optimization: Drive tax optimization of Group and local benefits, as well as company product discounts, ensuring maximum value for both employees and the organization.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage budgeting, reporting, and cost control for employee-related costs, headcount, and productivity, providing clear visibility to leadership.
• Stock Option Plan Administration: Oversee the administration of the Group employee stock option plan to ensure seamless execution and employee satisfaction.
• Job Grading Framework: Develop, implement, and maintain a robust job grading framework to ensure consistency in role evaluations, internal equity, and alignment with market benchmarks, enabling transparent and fair career progression across all countries.
• Payroll and Tax Structures for New Markets: Set up payroll and tax structures for new countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with Group policies.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure all remuneration practices comply with local laws, tax regulations, and legal standards while adhering to Group principles.
• Market Benchmarking: Monitor and analyze compensation trends to ensure pay structures remain competitive and equitable across all geographies.
• Performance-Driven Culture: Design and maintain reward systems that reinforce accountability and performance, aligning with the company's dynamic culture.
• Proactive Innovator: Demonstrates a proactive approach, leveraging new technologies to enhance compensation processes and deliver impactful results.
• Hands-on Expert: Brings substantial hands-on experience in compensation and tax management within the EU, ensuring compliance and optimization across diverse markets.
