Head of Demand Generation - German

Our Client has one of the biggest Healthcare platforms worldwide. Making it easy for patients as well as for Doctors to focus on the relevant things, the people's health. Currently, the company is expanding their operations in Germany and are therefore looking for a Head of Demand Generation (m/f/d) for this market.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Executing leads of local go-to-market plans for each business line
  • Building multi-year strategic growth plans and delivering new and renewal revenue through marketing programs
  • Creating and managing the local demand generation budget
  • Leading the team through goal setting, campaign program development, execution and optimisation in order to drive revenue
  • Owning and overseeing all demand generation and product marketing programs for both prospects and existing B2B customers including emailing, searching, social media and so on
  • Ensuring that marketing managers are provided with well-defined revenue goals and KPIs before launching any plans
  • Providing ongoing coaching, strategic and creative feedback to team members to upkeep and optimize effective campaigns
  • Optimizing B2B marketing channel performance through setting the KPI's to control the performance and make corrections
  • Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of B2B marketing programs and campaigns to find ways to improve the results
  • Building and managing the marketing headcount & expense budget with a focus on sales pipeline impact and lining it up with the financial year, quarter and monthly allocations
  • Developing strategic partnerships to ensure effective expanding of our client
  • Working closely with the local heads of other areas of the company to ensure optimized alignment inside the company
  • Influencing sales and revenue forecasts during the annual planning cycle
  • Creating a culture of accountability and a framework in measuring the achievements

What experience should you have:

  • Business fluent (C2) German and fluent (C1) English
  • Several years in marketing and a few years of experience in people leadership
  • Experience in tech or SaaS marketing
  • Proven knowledge in creating, managing and executing B2B demand generation strategy
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Track record of strategy building and hands-on execution of these strategies
