Head of Digitalization Services SK/CZ

What will be your key responsibilities:

Managing the local workforce according to the iPF targets

You are managing directly or as a matrix manager DSV team leads in DTSE SK/CZ

 Functional management of CoE DPM employees in all DTSE locations.

P&L responsibility for CoE DPM (revenue, IT-cost, workforce)

Strategic development of service and solution provided by CoE DPM.

Responsible for business development with current and new CoE DPM customers

Co-responsible for DSV strategy creation and implementation in all DSV locations

Heading digitalization projects of high complexity (cross-functional and international) including responsibility for time, budget and quality. Leading large scale project teams at various international locations

Mgmt. communication and stakeholder mgmt. within DTSE and DT Group

Leads and organizes work of employees in specific teams

Divides tasks among employees and controls their fulfilling

Is responsible for selection, evaluation and development of employees in selected department

 Independently deals with the complicated situations in department

Heading transformation-, digitalization- & reorganization projects of high complexity (cross-functional and international) including responsibility for time, budget and quality.

Mgmt. communication and stakeholder mgmt. within DTSE and DT group

Run mgmt-escalations and get project decisions and approvals as well as continuous project reporting


What experience should you have:

Education:

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Economy or Information Technology

Experience:

  • 7 years experience as people manager
  •  Strong customer experience – consulting, selling and implementing of digitalization projects
  • Long-time experience as a project manager with responsibility for international digitalization projects
  • Practical experience as line manager, e.g. employee oriented administrational processes such as recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, motivation, functional steering of employees etc.
  • Very good overview on the digitalization tools
  • Experience with international shared services
  • Previous experience in consultancy and / or in the finance area of an industrial company
  • Strong leadership mentality including presentation- and communication-skills on mgmt. level

Language knowledge:

  • English (fluent)
  • German, Slovak or Czech are beneficial

IT skills:

  • Experience and overview about digitalization tools in DT and their capabilities, especially with regards to digital process management and process mining
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Power Point, Excel)

Other requirements:

  • Strong leadership mentality including presentation- and communication-skills on mgmt. level

  • Strong teamwork skills combined with a high, holistic sense of responsibility and quality
  • Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally
