Head of Finance Delivery Center

What we need from the Head of Finance Delivery Center  

Finance Delivery Center Establishment  

• Develop and lead a centralized Finance Delivery Center tailored to meet client ventures' unique needs.  
• Ensure service quality, consistency, and resilience across diverse markets.  

Venture Financial Support  

• Oversee all financial operations for ventures, including setup, financial reporting, forecasting, and customized operational finance solutions.  

Accounting Services Management  

• Coordinate accounting services by managing both in-house teams and third-party providers based on market and venture requirements.  

Financial Controlling and Reporting  

• Supervise cash-flow reporting, financial actuals, and compliance controls for client ventures to ensure transparency and accuracy.  

Finance Operations Oversight  

• Manage financial operations such as POs, payments, travel expenses, and corporate card usage to streamline finance processes across ventures.  

Legal and Regulatory Coordination  

• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliant entity setup and adherence to regulations in new markets.  

Stakeholder Management  

• Maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to high service standards.  

Necessary skills and experiences  

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.  
• Proven experience (5+ years) in finance, accounting, or related fields, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles managing multi-entity finance functions.  
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS.  
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.  
• Knowledge of international legal and financial regulations.  
• Experience in delivery centers or shared services environments is a plus.  
• Fluency in English (Czech and German proficiency is a plus).  
• Location: Prague, Berlin, or Munich.
