Head of ICT

We are looking for a leader for the position of Head of ICT. As a member of the Operations division management team, you will be responsible for the tactical and strategic management of our ICT environment, which supports all aspects of our operations—from day-to-day activities to key innovations in AI. You will face a number of challenges guiding us on our path to further growth, while also having the opportunity to collaborate with our parent company, AXIS, in Sweden. Your team will consist of three managers overseeing IT Infrastructure, Information Systems, and the Service Desk.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Information Systems Architecture: Designing and implementing a robust and flexible information systems architecture that supports the efficient functioning of the entire company
  • Enhancing Operational Efficiency: Leading initiatives in the areas of digitization, automation, and optimization of IT tool usage, including supporting employees in utilizing modern technologies such as AI and advanced tools within the MS Office suite
  • Asset Management: Managing and optimizing all hardware (laptops, PCs, mobile devices) and the application portfolio within the MS Office environment hosted by our parent company AXIS
  • Help Desk: Managing support and incident resolution through the Jira platform, with an emphasis on efficiency and user satisfaction. Establishing a transparent request structure, meeting deadlines, and managing stakeholder expectations
  • IS and ERP Systems: Responsibility for all of our information systems, including our key ERP system Helios Nephrite and reporting in Qlik
  • Cybersecurity: Ensuring the security of our IT infrastructure and the protection of sensitive data
  • Data Warehouse: Leading the implementation and development of our new data warehouse on the Snowflake platform
  • Strategic Development and Scaling of IT Infrastructure: Preparing IT infrastructure and processes for company growth—including building a cloud strategy, automating processes, data governance, and business continuity plans. Aligning tools, platforms, and applications with the parent company AXIS
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance: Managing IT governance, risk management, and legal compliance, including GDPR and other regulations that will support the company's growth
  • Setting up an education system for topics such as Cybersecurity, MS Office, etc., for the entire company


What experience should you have:

  • A personality that will become the face of ICT at 2N and a strong, reliable partner for the management of 2N & AXIS
  • A team player focused on results
  • Experience in leading IT teams, developing the team (while leading by example) and driving them to achieve exceptional results
  • Knowledge of managing information systems, infrastructure, ERP, DWH, and designing IT architecture
  • Strong awareness of current trends in digitization, automation, cloud solutions, and AI. Defining strategies for these areas
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Helios Nephrite, Qlik, and Snowflake is a strong advantage
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external partners, with an understanding of the complexity of joint infrastructure and applications with the parent company AXIS. Collaborates on harmonizing environments, sharing synergies, and balancing autonomy with the need for shared solutions
  • Strategic thinking and managing complex IT projects
  • Ensuring ICT support for multiple 2N locations at Modřany, Pankrác and Čestlice, including our infrastructure managed in collaboration with production partner
  • Excellent English skills are essential, both for communication with colleagues within 2N and for coordinating joint procedures and strategies with colleagues from the Swedish parent company, Axis
