Head of Operations

Role Mission

This role will have full responsibility for the efficiency, development, and alignment of all operational functions. The role acts as a key strategic partner in driving operational excellence, organizational development, and sustainable growth.

We are seeking a highly experienced operations leader with a strong production background, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex, large-scale organizations in a fast-moving FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all core operational functions, including:
• Providing strategic and operational leadership across all core operational areas
• Driving operational excellence by continuously improving efficiency, productivity, cost structures, and service levels across the organization
• Ensuring the scalability and robustness of operations to support international expansion, portfolio growth, and increased production complexity
• Leading, developing, and empowering a strong operational leadership team
• Establishing clear performance frameworks, KPIs, and governance mechanisms to ensure accountability and transparent decision-making
• Ensuring full compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards, while fostering a strong culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement
• Acting as a strategic partner to the General Manager, actively contributing to board-level decisions and group-wide strategic initiatives within CE Industries

Education and Experience

• University degree (technical, technological, engineering, or related field)
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in operations, including substantial experience in senior operational leadership roles
• Experience in a manufacturing FMCG environment (preferably chemical, detergents, or related industries)
• Proven experience in managing complex operational systems and multi-layered teams

• Deep understanding of end-to-end operations
• Experience in operational excellence, cost optimization, productivity improvement, and KPI systems
• Proven experience in change management, capacity scaling, and supporting business growth
