Healthcare Sales Representative (w/m/d)

We are seeking experienced Sales Representatives to join our new commercial team, offering a unique opportunity to promote our digital therapy app, DiGA Vitadio, to healthcare professionals within a given region. This role goes beyond traditional sales; it's about showcasing how our solutions revolutionize digital patient care together with building long-term relationships. What will be your key responsibilities:

Vitadio is on a mission to empower people to take control of their health. We were the first German clinically validated digital therapy designed to assist diabetics in lifestyle management and blood sugar reduction, combining data science with evidence-based medicine. The role

  • Commercial team member: Integral member of our growing remote commercial team under the leadership of Lenka, our co-founder and Head of Commercial. We like to meet in person. So be ready to go on team meetings from time to time.
  • Product expert: Master Vitadio's innovative solution, and you'll gain an in-depth knowledge of our product. This expertise will enable you to confidently demonstrate our offerings, address queries from healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Build lasting relationships: Cultivating relationships with healthcare professionals. Your efforts will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also uncover new opportunities for sales, contributing significantly to our business growth and successful closures.
  • Advocate for digital health transformation: Utilize consumer research and an in-depth understanding of Vitadio's impact to compellingly present our solutions to healthcare professionals.
  • Expand influence through engagement: Take an active role in promoting Vitadio at medical conferences and through partnerships with professional organizations. Your efforts will further establish the Vitadio app as a leader in its field, enhancing its visibility and adoption.
  • Regional engagement: You will be fully responsible for own region with approximate travel within your territory, about 20% of the time, to directly engage with clients and participate in relevant events.

What experience should you have:

About you:

  • Proven sales experience: You bring a solid background in sales, with a track record that speaks volumes about your ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Specialized knowledge or passion: Your academic background, work experience, or personal interest lies in the fields of pharmaceuticals, MedTech, biotech, digital health, or related sectors.
  • Relationship architect: At your core, you master in forging and nurturing long-term relationships with business partners. Your ability to connect, understand, and maintain professional bonds is a key asset you bring to our team.
  • Mobility and flexibility: With a valid driving license B in hand, you're ready and willing to travel within your region for about 20% of your work time. 
  • Language skills: You are a professional-level German speaker and possess fluency in English. 
  • Skilled communicator: You have great presentation and communication skills that show passion for our product.
  • Tech user: You're comfortable and agile with technology, always ready to adapt and fully leverage the tools available to you.
  • Desirable expertise: While not mandatory, knowledge of the diabetes sector or an existing network of healthcare professionals (HCPs) would be advantageous.
