HR & Administrative Specialist - Dutch
Our client is a well-known company operating in the design, manufacture, worldwide sales, and marketing of innovative noninvasive monitoring solutions. At the moment they are looking for an HR & Administrative Specialist (m/f/d) to support their team in Amsterdam.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Managing the full administrative life cycle of the employees
- Managing administrative onboarding
- Managing the new hire process together with the Payroll and IT departments (setting up of IT accounts, travel advances, gathering new employees' personal documents)
- Taking care of new employees’ registration to pension portal, etc
- Supporting termination process (exit interviews, acknowledgment letters, inform local employees)
- Collaborating with HR Manager for Nordics and Netherlands on ad hoc HR projects
- Supporting HR Manager for Nordics and Netherlands on labor law topics
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and being the point of contact for outside vendors related to hospitality supplies
- Supporting Director of Netherlands region on ad hoc projects
- Answering and routing incoming calls to the appropriate party, presenting a courteous, helpful manner to all callers, and taking accurate messages when necessary
- Welcoming guests/clients/vendors that visit the office and directing them to the proper contact and ensuring they are comfortable while they wait
- Entering supplier invoices into the approval system for Managers/Directors' approval
What experience should you have:
- Fluency (C1) in Dutch and English is mandatory
- Degree in business administration, HR, Labor law, or a related field
- Few years of experience in an HR Admin role, as well as experience working in an international or multicultural company is also preferred
- Practical knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage various tasks and obligations, flexibility, meticulousness, and the ability to handle sensitive information
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-growing environment
- Self-starter who enjoys challenges and can work on their own
