Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute the HR strategy and annual HR plans in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Work closely with the executive team to anticipate and address HR needs and drive positive organizational change.
Ensure HR practices comply with local employment laws and regulations in each European country.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
Develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and build diverse, high-performing teams.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
Oversee employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, grievance procedures, and disciplinary actions.
Implement and monitor employee recognition programs to enhance morale and promote a positive company culture.
Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
Regularly review and benchmark compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and design and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Collaborate with department heads to support ongoing learning and talent development initiatives.
Stay informed about emerging HR trends and best practices to continually enhance the learning culture.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Develop and maintain HR metrics and reporting systems to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on key HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Extensive experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization.
Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies that drive organizational growth and employee engagement.
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, management, and development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
