In the HR Ops team, we take care of people from receiving their CV to the last day of their employment. We hire the best people on the market and we give them comprehensive onboarding to make them feel part of the team from day one. We take care of pleasant matters such as salaries, benefits, development and communication, but also less popular stuff such as drafting employment documents and policies. Was sind Ihre Verpflichtungen:

You will take ownership of establishing a staffing pipeline, creating Compensation & Benefits schemes and implementing learning & development experiences that help our people to acquire new skills and progress in the career ladder. You will partner with country Operations and People & Culture teams in making sure that all activities are implemented, measured and have real impact on business.

  •  Build staffing pipelines for Fulfilment Centres and Couriers in all our countries. Ensure staffing pipelines fulfil capacity requirements of each country and allow flexibility for high and low season planning.
  •  Establish preferred suppliers of FC workers within EU and manage the supplier relationship on a Group-wide scale
  •  Harmonise onboarding and functional training for Operations across DACH region
  •  Design and deliver scalable on- and off-the -job learning solutions that align with the Group business priorities and growth plans
  •  Implement robust processes for performance and talent management, as well as succession planning for Operations positions 
  •  Optimise compensation & benefits elements of our reward system
  • Manage, develop and lead  a team of HRBP across the DACH region

Welche Erfahrung sollten Sie haben:

  • 5+ years experience of supporting a large Operations community in an international and multi-country environment, preferably in retail, logistics or production field
  •  Strong project management skills, ability to start from scratch and deliver a scalable solution
  •  Hands on experience with workforce planning
  •  Excellent stakeholder management skills; you’ll need to manage sideways and up as you will be partnering with many functions
  •  Proven delivery in a fast changing environment, experience in a growing business is a big plus
  •  Vendor management across countries
  • Strong knowledge in German Labour Law
  •  Fluency in English and German mandatory
  • Excellent communication and stakeholders management skills
