HR Generalist/Office manager

We are looking for HR generalist with a little bit of office management experience!

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Writing employment contracts or contractor agreements in dual language
  • Advising on HR issues in cases of warning letters and terminations, severance calculation, etc
  • Writing and processing warning letters, terminations, etc
  • Taking care of standard HR tasks, like salary confirmations, salary slips
  • Register / Unregister employees with the authorities (Social, Health, etc)
  • Register annual leave, sick leave and taking care that people don’t short vacation days
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Taking care of the office cleaning company
  • Ordering postal and courier services

What experience should you have:

  • Experience in HR
  • Great English
  • Organizational skills
