HR Manager

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and integration of new employees, meaning helping to define needs and choose resources, monitoring and complying with the provisional annual recruitment plan, welcoming and monitoring new employees (on-boarding plan)
  • Training and skills development, meaning long-term annual assessment of training needs, drafting, implementing and monitoring of training plans and optimizing training budget, managing training needs at the request of employees, drafting the annual report
  • Continuous management of employment and professional competences, meaning helping to draft and implement the employee skills management plan, drafting a plan for action based on analysis from Assessment and Development interviews
  • Internal communication, meaning helping to draft and implement the communication strategy, drafting and updating media communication (emplyer branding), conducting surveys and using results to formulate plans and monitoring
  • Managing change, meaning advising and asisting managers, organization of the necessary trainings, asisting with organizational changes
  • Preparing the budgets for L&D

What experience should you have:

  • University degree (focused on HR or Economics is nice to have)
  • 5 years experience HR with SSC
  • fluent english is a must and if you have french on a basic level it is big advantage
  • strategic thinking, as you can see, there is a lot to do,
  • we would appreciate if you could be self motivated and focused on the actuall topics
