HR Manager Generalist BG

Therefore, we are now searching for a new colleague for the position of HR Manager, who will handle our entire HR agenda.

What will be your key responsibilities:

What you'll work on:

  • Manage the recruitment process and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talents for our HQ in Sofia and local stores
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training programs, offboarding process, exit interviews
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related matters
  • Establish employee development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees
  • Manage the performance appraisal process and ensure its fairness, objectivity and consistency
  • Manage the payroll process and arrange accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits
  • Management of the corporate benefits
  • Participation in various local and international HR projects, events
  • Cooperation with external accounting company
  • CEO support
  • Maintain employee records and secure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, cooperation with CZE HQ in order to transfer and implement all activities to BG

What experience should you have:

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
  • Strong knowledge of Bulgarian labour laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP and HRIS systems
  • Fluency in English and Bulgarian
