HR & Office Coordinator - German & English

Our client is an internationally known Norwegian manufacturer of prams and baby furniture, with products sold in over 50 countries and a reputation for innovative designs in the children's furniture sector. Over the years, our client has manufactured and designed a wide range of furniture, paying particular attention to ergonomics, uniqueness, and functionality. They are currently looking for a German & English Speaking HR & Office coordinator (m/f/d) for their Sindelfingen office.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the efficient running of the ‘front of house’
  • Maintaining meeting rooms and other social and collaboration spaces
  • Managing CEO calendar and travel and general travel management (Local hotel bookings, Egencia main contact)
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and parcel shipments
  • Health and Security Representative
  • Supporting national and international HR projects (e.g. carry out and presentation of relevant research, preparation of information, recruiting etc.)
  • Supporting the optimization of our clients global HR processes
  • General administrative support for the global HR team
  • Planning of organization of meetings and trainings
  • Maintenance of various databases and systems

What experience should you have:

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Academic degree or vocational training in a relevant discipline
  • Ideally initial experience in HR, administration or from an adjacent field
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office
  • A service-minded and commercial thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Eye for details &ability to rok indipendantly
  • Office based position, which requires being fully in the office
