HR Operations Manager - German

Our Client has one of the biggest Healthcare platforms worldwide. Making it easy for patients as well as for Doctors to focus on the relevant things, the people's health. Currently, the company is expanding its HR department in Germany and is looking for an HR Operations Manager (m/f/d).

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Managing the employees in the company under the supervision of the HR Department (Incorporations, dismissals, payroll, contracts, salary variations, etc.,)
  • Pre-onboarding of new employees
  • Verifying and entering documents required for preparing contracts
  • Implementing new systems and managing the various platforms for personnel, vacation, and work environment management
  • Updating internal documents such as personal data, salaries and information about the company's structure
  • Ensuring the efficient flow of information between People Experience and Finance
  • Supporting other teams in the organization in taking care of company benefits and assist also in monitoring the integration budget
  • Resolving doubts and advising employees on labor issues
  • Building reports for the management team

What experience should you have:

  • Degree in HR or similar field
  • Few years of experience in HR, administration, or accounting
  • Committed and enjoys taking on responsibility for larger tasks, not just individual ones
  • Ability to streamline processes to ensure efficiency
  • Business fluent German (C2) and English (B2) minimum
