We’re looking for Product Communication Lead to amplify the impact of our People Development products across our global workforce. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of product management, user experience and employee engagement. You’ll drive adoption, measure success, and ensure our products are fully embraced by employees worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Adoption & Engagement: Develop and implement strategies that increase employee usage and engagement across our products.
- Craft Product Communication & Experience: Create communication strategies that position HR products as essential resources, utilizing product data, user feedback, and engagement metrics to inform and optimize messaging.
- Leverage Analytics for Continuous Improvement: Use data insights from usage patterns, surveys, and feedback loops to refine and enhance the product experience, driving ongoing user satisfaction.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, UX designers, HR tech experts, and data analysts to ensure seamless product implementation, continuous improvement, and adoption across the organization.
- Iterative Optimization: Use A/B testing, analytics, and feedback to continuously refine product messaging, features, and user journeys, ensuring ongoing engagement and product optimization.
- Scale Globally: Support the worldwide scaling of People Development initiatives, maintaining a consistent narrative and ensuring regional and cultural relevance across multiple locations.
- Drive Adoption & Engagement: Design and execute strategies to increase usage and employee engagement across People Development products (learning platforms, skill and performance management, engagement surveys etc.).
- Product Communication & Experience: Develop communication strategies that frame HR products as essential, using insights from product data, user feedback, and engagement metrics.
- Leverage Analytics: Use usage data, survey results, and feedback loops to assess and improve the product experience for end-users.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, UX designers, HR tech teams, and data analysts to ensure seamless implementation and adoption across the business.
- Iterative Improvement: Use A/B testing and feedback loops to optimize messaging, features, and user pathways for ongoing improvement.
- Scale Globally: Support the scaling of HR product initiatives across the company, ensuring consistent narrative and engagement across multiple regions and cultures.
We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with an unlimited home office, but twice a week we meet in the office for meetings.The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).
