HR Reporting Specialist

We are looking for a HR Reporting Specialist for our Partner, a leading American manufacturer with EMEA operations based in Hungary. They specializes in cutting-edge technologies designed to enhance fuel efficiency for both aircraft and commercial transportation.

The new colleague will work in a small, familiar and international team, which is responsible for the analysis of HR and Payroll related data worldwide. You will give data-based answers to the following questions: is the recruitment process efficient in the company? What type of benefits are preferred within the colleagues? In which countries? What are the tendencies of employment in certain departments? And so on.

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with HR and Payroll teams all around the globe to collect data
  • Understanding of the technical requirements of the teams to provide reports on their performance
  • Analysis of workforce-related data and creation of reports
  • Collection of necessary data proactively, and keeping deadlines of reports (monthly and ad hoc)
  • Presentation of results to stakeholders

What experience should you have:

  • Bachelor's degree (Economics or HR)
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Reporting/Data Analyst/Specialist
  • Experience with HR/Payroll related data
  • Experience with Oracle, because you'll work with it on a daily basis
  • Outstanding knowledge and usage of English (both oral and written)
  • As an advantage: having experience with HRIS softwares and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI etc.)
