We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and to provide sufficient support to our projects.

The core qualities of HR Specialist 

• Computer literacy and ability to work with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Previous experience in HR administration and/or reporting
• Experience in contract management as an advantage
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws

What we need from HR Specialist

• Ability to work with and analyze data
• Build up a reporting system and be the owner of it
• Become the superuser of our HRIS (Factorial) and other HR-related IS
• Develop internal administrative processes and cooperation with HRBPs
• Cooperate closely with the Finance team on payroll administration
• Control the administration of the company's personnel
• Maintaining personnel records in the HR information system
• Keep our paper and online documents up to date
• Participate in projects of the HR Operations team (automation, process set-ups, etc.)
