HR Specialist Senior

The HR Specialist Senior will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including the recruitment process, employee relations, general administration, organizational changes, visa processes, data management, compliance, and performance management. This role will assist/be a partner to Skillz HRBP in aligning business objectives with employees and management in an entrusted business unit. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and emerging AI-driven HR technologies to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Jaké budou vaše klíčové odpovědnosti:

Administration support

  • Manage employee records and maintain HR databases with accuracy (Keep the house in order in terms of payroll input, HR Admin - particularly entry and exit related - and compliance)
  • Proactively addresses specific changes within the organizational structure and assigned teams and prepares proposals for solutions.
  • Conduct HR analytics and generate AI-driven reports to support decision-making processes. (Engagement survey, goal setting, fluctuation, action plans, other changes.)
  • Implement AI-powered automation for onboarding and offboarding process
  • Enhance HR internal communications using digital tools like Slack, AI-driven HR assistants, and interactive dashboards.
  • Actively manages the administrative process associated with external agencies and coordinates any visa process

Employee Engagement & Recruitment Process

  • Be an everyday ambassador of our culture and imprint the culture into every aspect of how we build business together
  • Actively collaborates with the recruitment team and participates with the hiring manager and bar raiser in selection processes to determine if the candidate is a good fit for Rohlik if they are better than 50% of the already hired employees for the same position.
  • Engagement surveys – Action Plans and their understanding
  • Onboarding process & Offboarding /Outplacement – (probation and exit interviews)
  • Collaboration on HR projects across the group

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Czech and English.
