• Coordinating the work of the HR group: task management, follow-up, consultation
• Continuous development of onboarding tasks
• Coordination and supervision of processes related to the creation of an employment relationship, contract amendment, termination of an employment relationship, inspection of employment documents; provision of data in relation to these to the payroll
• Participation in the development of the HR strategy: support and follow-up in the development of the recruitment, workforce retention and process optimization strategy
• Coordination and supervision of monthly data provision to the payroll service provider: new entrants, exits, contract amendments; registration and summation of vacation, sick leave, extraordinary working hours; sending other documentation required for payroll
• Managing the decision-making necessary for HR regulations, contributing to the creation of regulations
• Coordination of recruitment tasks at management level: coordination of staffing needs with the management, mainly with the head of the HR department, creation of a recruitment plan, compilation of search needs
• Cooperation in the design and implementation of the organizational development strategy
