Human Resources and Administration Manager

Our Client – „The PHOENIX Group“ – is the European leader and the largest pharmaceutical and healthcare provider in Europe.

For a Shared Services Centre (SSC) based in Vilnius, a team of 150 colleagues supporting the company on the greatest mission – delivering health – by providing financial, accounting and IT services we are looking for a new team member – Human Resources and Administration Manager.


What will be your key responsibilities:

Your scope of responsibilities will cover:

  • Drive the talent strategy to support business needs and the organizational culture of customer centricity, high performance, continuous improvement and teamwork;
  • Employ tools to drive high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement;
  • Design and implement an effective employer brand and recruitment strategy;
  • Develop and support the talent development and performance management processes on the group as well as organizational level;
  • Implement effective internal as well as external communication strategies;
  • Diagnose organizational issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans by supporting functional Managers and People Leads;
  • Continuously improve the entire employee life-cycle steps from Hire-to-Retire;
  • Manage employee benefit programs, oversee the organisation’s pay policy and ensure it reflects market best practices;
  • Enhance hybrid work practices, nurture a positive working environment and employees’ well-being;
  • Drive the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Sustainability agenda.

What experience should you have:

You are a great fit for the role if you have:

  • Experience in a managerial HR role within the Shared Service Center of a multi-site organisation;
  • Experience in Talent acquisition strategy development for a large corporate organisation;
  • Strong transformation experience, adaptive and responsive to changes internally and externally;
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law and best practices;
  • University degree / BSc in Economics or Business Administration with a major in Human Resources or Psychology degree;
  • Proficient skills in English (both written and spoken).
