Hungarian Customer Service in Athens

What will be your key responsibilities:

How will your future job look like:

  • Contact with the Hungarian customer and answer various questions via chat, mail or telephone.
  • Participate in a professional and international team.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using your problem-solving skills.
  • Log the cases on internal systems, while getting up to date with client’s products & services.

What experience should you have:

  • Fluency in Hungarian language.
  • Very good communication skills in English (B2+).
