Infrastructure expert

Oversee and support Marelli global infrastructures:

• Marelli global architectures and blueprints
• Core Infrastructure Services
• Microsoft365 platform services

Work on authentication and core Infrastructure services, operations management, running and enhancement of Microsoft365 corporate platforms

Control for datacenters and technical rooms infrastructure operations of Marelli third party suppliers

Follow planning, management and execution of infrastructure projects globally

Oversee the day-to-day control of operations for core infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and databases

Implement and maintain scalable and resilient core infrastructure architectures

Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in core infrastructures

Design, implement, and manage robust authentication solutions ensuring secure access to systems and applications

Support the licenses management to respect corporate compliance for software

• 5+ years’ experience in infrastructure team in an enterprise company with multiple regions/countries visibility and with ability to manage and control external suppliers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Datacenter and technical rooms: architecture solution in terms of service design and operation management
• Infrastructure Technologies: knowledge on datacenter technologies like backup, storage, hypervisor, Windows/Linux servers, networking, disaster recovery solutions, hyperconverged solutions
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Core Services: Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Authentications
• Microsoft365: ability to manage O365 services deliveries, troubleshooting
• Service management: leads and supervises the service provider, keeps track of service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs. Analyze problems or needs and prioritize them
• Project management: follows and coordinates the implementation of complex IT projects in the infrastructure area
