Installation Supervisor

As our new Installation Supervisor, you will lead global machine installations and contribute to worldwide production. In this role, you will ensure high-quality installation of machines and plant solutions, support plant improvements and cost optimization, maintain high safety standards on-site, guide and motivate installation teams to achieve top performance, communicate with clients and contractors during installations, and create daily and weekly site reports.

• Technical education (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience
• Experience managing site teams and solving technical challenges on-site
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Passion for hands-on work and flexibility to adapt to site conditions
• Fluent English (B2+); Czech and other European languages are a plus
• European passport (required for global mobility)
