As an Integration Lead, you will focus primarily on integration architecture, technical leadership, and solution design rather than day-to-day coding. You will work closely with delivery leads, developers, and partner teams to transform business requirements into scalable Azure-based integration solutions. The role also includes mentoring team members, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring smooth collaboration during transition and knowledge transfer phases. In challenging production or delivery situations, you will provide technical oversight and help guide decisions aligned with architectural standards and long-term goals.
