International Social Media manager - Italian or Spanish

Our client is the leading international online supplier of lamps and luminaires in Europe. Altogether, the company has seventeen online shops in many European countries. The company is growing continuously. This is why the company is looking for an International Social Media Manager Spanish or Italian (m/f/d).

What will be your key responsibilities:

  • Developing our client's international social media strategy and corresponding content plan for our client's international shops (South Europe - FRESIT)
  • Managing, together with Content Specialists and eCommerce Managers, the day-to-day handling of all social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Collaborating with content/graphics and Content Specialists to create original content
  • Defining success metrics, KPIs and regularly sharing results with leadership
  • Continuously monitor performance and measurement, suggesting solutions and ensuring content and campaigns exceed performance metrics
  • Building innovative social media campaigns for our e-shops that are insight-led and resonate with our target audience and community, driving reach and engagement
  • Owning the strategic ideation of influencer campaigns, identifying key opportunities to partner with creators, and working closely with eCommerce Managers and Content Specialists
  • Working with SEA team, eCommerce Manager, and/or external agencies to create and deliver paid social marketing campaigns
  • Managing social media budget for the whole region
  • Acting as the first point of contact for international internal social media inquiries
  • Excellent knowledge of social media best practices

What experience should you have:

  • Excellent language skills in English and either Italian or Spanish
  • Several years of experience owning and operating the social media strategy and channels
  • Experience in owning a social calendar and creating original content for social
  • Very good knowledge of social media tools such as Hootsuite, Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager or similar
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio or other analytical tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to form productive working relationships across multiple teams and languages
  • Strong ability to manage, prioritize, and finish projects on time and work independently
  • A self starter with a can-do, solutions-oriented approach.
