What will be your key responsibilities:
The Procurement team is comprised of purchasing and commercial experts who advise on related
matters and often fully manage the purchasing and commercial activities for a number of clients
globally. Such expertise and services include sourcing strategies, managing the procurement stages for
goods and services, contract negotiation and closeouts and supply chain management that span
multiple geographic locations.
The IT Category Co-Ordinator will play a vital role in being operationally responsible for identifying and
procuring the IT goods and services required by clients. They will maintain best practice standards and
professionalism in the execution of client engagements and processes, operating with efficiency and
discretion under the guidance of the IT Category Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Use of technical knowledge in sourcing and purchasing the right products for clients
- Operation in practice of the IT Procurement processes set by the IT Category Manager to
- Superior operational procurement services to all clients to support business needs and
- Collate and provide data and insights to the Procurement Data Analyst
- Ensuring projects and purchases run in a compliant manner to deliver best value from
- Maintenance of client asset lists
- Promoting procurement, supplier and contract management best practice to stakeholders,
- Provision of feedback and risk flagging to the IT Category Manager to enable them to effectively
- Supplier sourcing using best practices with a clear focus on stakeholder needs
- Ensure the interests and assets of clients are commercially protected and that clients are
- Ownership of annual personal objectives through to delivery
- Monitoring and maintaining approved supplier lists
- Timely and creative problem solving

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives or activities, and effectively make judgments in

- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a multi-office environment and willingness to
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills specifically in English (both written and
- Demonstrate professionalism and maturity when working with clients, peers, senior
