IT Infrastructure Senior Specialist

What Would Be Your Daily Duties?

Provide user support and escalate more complex issues from colleagues (both local and remote).

Help build and manage our IT infrastructure.

Work on projects based on your experience, either independently or as part of a team.

Conduct audit reconciliation tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy in our systems.

Who Are We Looking For?

An individual with previous experience in corporate IT who is eager to enhance their skills.

A team member who will assist with user support and project work, while also contributing to audit reconciliation tasks.

Someone who takes ownership of problems and tasks assigned to them.

An active English speaker with a driving license and a willingness to travel.

What Are Our Technical Requirements?

Proficiency in client operating systems.

Solid knowledge of Windows Server, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, and WSUS.

Understanding of TCP/IP and general networking.

Basic knowledge of Office 365.

Basic familiarity with VMware or other server virtualization solutions.

Additional Technical Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience with switch/firewall configuration.

Familiarity with backup solutions.

Experience in automation using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) or remote management tools.
