IT Internal Audit Manager

1. Plan and perform IT audit assignments to assess the adequacy (design) and effectiveness (operation) of IT processes and related controls that cover IT Governance, IT General Controls, Cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.

2. Develop annual IT audit plan of high risk/important projects based on independent research and knowledge, interactions with company leadership and peer benchmarking.

3. Draft, prepare and submit IT audit issues and present them to Sr. Management. Follow up on the remediation of IT audit issues and their closure.

4. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of key IT risk indicators, industry related IT risks.

5. Performing pre- and post-implementation audits of new system implementations, expanding ERP footprints, application updates, etc.

6. Coordinating with external auditors to reduce level of effort and duplication.

7. Performs evaluations of business and audit risks.

8. Position must successfully use a high level of interpersonal communication skills by working at all levels, with functional leaders across the globe.

9. Travel will be required.

10. Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT security, Accounting Finance or related subject

• 5+ years of IT audit experience.

• General knowledge of IT/technology risk/control frameworks (COSO, COBIT)

• Windows Network/Active Directory, Firewalls, Encryption, Anti-virus, intrusion detection.

• A professional audit/IT/technology (CISA, CIA, CISM, etc) certification preferred.

• Have experience working with integrated computer programs and/or applications such as SAP.

• Have strong analytical, communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs and work independently.

• Be able to pass all background checks and pre-employment tests, including any required drug test.

• Be able to maintain the confidentiality of any information s/he encounters.
