IT Manager/Consultant with Cyber security Expertise

Responsibilities and Objectives of this Role:

• Assess the current IT landscape, including infrastructure, applications, data, security, governance, and performance.
• Find group solutions, define an IT vision and strategic goals aligned with the company’s overall business strategy to prioritize IT initiatives and projects effectively.
• Support within the carve out projects during new acquisitions.
• Develop a comprehensive IT roadmap and implementation plan, detailing steps, required resources, timelines, and milestones. This plan should address technical, financial, organizational, and operational aspects of IT transformation while identifying and mitigating associated risks.
• Responsibility for the company’s cybersecurity and support in cyber security solutions in the group.
• Communicate effectively with senior management, stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment and progress.
• Monitor and evaluate IT outcomes and performance against the established vision, goals, and roadmap using relevant metrics. Identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities for improvement while driving continuous learning and innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in large-scale IT consulting or working with high-tech companies, especially in finding group solutions or carve out projects.
• Experience in cybersecurity is a must.
• Welcomed is expertise in IT strategy, technology architecture, IT governance, operating model design.
• Strategy consulting experience at a renowned consulting firm is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Business Administration).
• Fluency in both Czech and English.
